Terms and Conditions of Use for Matrix Real Estate Software
Welcome to Matrix Real Estate Software, a service provided by Wealthy Flow Asset Co., Ltd., a legally registered and trustworthy company under the Department of Business Development (DBD) in Thailand. By subscribing to and using our software, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
Matrix Real Estate Software: A secure, private software platform designed to help real estate agents manage property databases, client interactions, and workflow efficiency.
User: An individual or entity subscribing to the service.
Wealthy Flow Asset Co., Ltd.: The provider and owner of Matrix Real Estate Software.
2. Subscription and Payment
Users access the software on an annual subscription basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of the time or reason for cancellation.
Upon completing the subscription process, the user gains access to a secure, private platform tailored to their real estate business needs.
Renewal of the subscription is required annually to continue using the software.
3. Termination and Data Deletion
Subscribers may terminate their subscription at any time without further obligation.
Upon termination, all data entered by the user will be permanently deleted from our servers. Users are responsible for creating their own backups, as Wealthy Flow Asset Co., Ltd. will not provide the data once the subscription ends.
Wealthy Flow Asset Co., Ltd. is not liable for any loss of data due to account termination or failure to renew the subscription.
4. Software Usage
Each user is granted a non-transferable license to use the software for managing real estate properties, clients, and workflows.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring unauthorized individuals do not access their accounts.
The software may not be used for illegal activities or purposes that breach ethical real estate practices.
5. Data Privacy and Security
The software ensures secure storage of user-uploaded data, accessible only to the user unless explicit consent is provided.
Wealthy Flow Asset Co., Ltd. takes reasonable measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security from breaches.
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data they upload.
6. Data Storage and Additional Space
Each annual subscription includes 3 GB of server storage for user data as part of the yearly fee.
If a user exceeds the 3 GB storage limit, additional server space can be purchased at the current rate specified by Wealthy Flow Asset Co., Ltd.
Users will be notified when their data usage approaches the 3 GB limit.
Failure to purchase additional storage when required may result in restrictions on uploading new data until sufficient space is available.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Matrix Real Estate Software, including its design, functionality, and code, remain the property of Wealthy Flow Asset Co., Ltd.
Users may not reverse-engineer, duplicate, or distribute the software without prior written permission.
8. Service Availability
While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access, Matrix Real Estate Software may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
Wealthy Flow Asset Co., Ltd. is not liable for damages caused by temporary service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Wealthy Flow Asset Co., Ltd. is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
Users agree to indemnify Wealthy Flow Asset Co., Ltd. against claims related to the misuse of the software.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
11. Amendments
Wealthy Flow Asset Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or system notifications.
